Company History
· January 1996 The company was established as Panasonic (Shenyang) Welding Machine Business Department, acting as an agent for Panasonic welding machines, robots, and Kaiyuan Group products.
· March 2006 The company relocated to Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone and established Shenyang Haina Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.
· January 2016 The system integration sector became independent as Shenyang Pruceth Automation System Co., Ltd.
· February 2019 As the general agent of Z-LASER in China, Shenyang Zeleiz Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
· In September 2025, the Suzhou branch was listed
